Whether you want us to handle every detail or just need a helping hand in the days leading up to the wedding, we are here for you! We travel all over Arkansas, the midsouth and surrounding areas!
An Overview:
- Represent the client and help bring the overall wedding vision to life
- Monthly check-ins
- Provide vendor referrals and negotiate contracts
- Attend vendor meetings, site tours, and consultations
- Create detailed timelines and floor plans
- Construct and manage budget
- Brainstorm sessions, style ideas, and coordination of design details
- Assist with invitations, RSVPs, etc.
- Coordinate hotel room accommodations and transportation
- Manage Rehearsal day/dinner
- Oversee and execute event day (set-up to clean up)
Wedding Planning Packages
We work one-on-one with you to make your dream event a reality. We do everything together from choosing a venue to selecting each vendor to fit your style and aesthetic while making sure you keep on budget. A detailed timeline is essential to keep us on track to planning and executing your wedding day. Rehearsal and day of coordination are included in both packages.
Partial to Full Wedding Management/Planning and Execution (3 months to 12+ months)
Day-of/Month-of Coordination/Management (3 months to 30 days to wedding)
